Sesame Noodles with Kale


150 grams dried Chinese noodles or thin spaghetti noodles
2 tablespoons sesame oil plus 1 tsp.
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 cups kale, chopped (cook kale separately)
3 whole green onions, sliced thin
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Cook the noodles as the package directed. Drain and toss it with a teaspoon sesame oil. Saute garlic with sesame oil for 1 minute. Then add the noodles, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss the cooked kale and green onions, mix it well. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.

*Kale is the new super food. It is rich in Vitamin K reducing the risk of cancer. This is a  staple in our household. You can cook kale by braising it or add in your soup.  enJOY!!!
