Harvest Grains Blend with Sauteed Vegetables


2 tablespoon butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 cup cauliflower, separate in florets
6 asparagus spears,chopped
1 cup Trader Joe’s Harvest Grains Blend, cooked
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Trader Joe’s Harvest Grains Blend

Saute garlic with butter a few minutes. Add mushrooms, cook it until moisture has evaporated. Then add the rest of the vegetables and let it cook for 3-5 minutes, add the Harvest Grains Blend. Season with salt and pepper.

*I found this Trader Joe’s Harvest Grains Blend  by chance. I’m so happy that I did, it’s so easy to make and a better change for regular rice. Adding meat to complete a meal or adding a  vinaigrette to make a salad. enJOY!!!
