4 salmon steaks
2 teaspoon dill,chopped
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Season salmon steaks with dill, salt and black pepper. Drizzle olive oil just before grilling.
On a medium-hot charcoal grill, cook steaks 10-12 minutes on each side depends on the thickness. Serve with brown rice and a side of grilled vegetables.
*For me a perfect barbeque is cooked in charcoal, fish meat or vegetables…nothing beats charcoal. The smokiness and taste you can never achieve in a gas grill. It is definitely more work but the end result is worth it. enJOY!!!
