6 Hake fillet,cut into nuggets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 black pepper
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoon canola oil
Cut the fillets into nuggets and season with salt and pepper.
Place buttermilk in a shallow dish and place panko breadcrumbs into another bowl. Dip one fish at a time into buttermilk, and dredge in panko.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan and cook fish 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
*Hake fish are close to the family of cod and haddock. It is very mild and can go with any dish. This is a kid friendly and kid approved dish 🙂 enJOY!!!
