Grilled Whole Tilapia

Ingredients

1 whole Tilapia, cleaned
1 small white onion, sliced
2 green onions, cut.
1 tablespoon ginger
2 teaspoon dill
salt and pepper

Season the fish with salt and pepper. Add all ingredients in the bowl, then add salt and pepper. Add it to the fish cavity. turn on the grill, cook it for 5 minutes each side.

*I love this simple dish especially when it is cooked in the grill. I reminds me of the beach and home. In my native dialect we call it “Sinugba”. Basically it means anything grilled/cooked in charcoal. This is very common dish when we go to beach. You can also cook this in the oven but you will never get the smokiness of the grill. enJOY!!!
