Pan-fried Tilapia with Sweet Smoked Paprika

4 Tilapia fillet
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon sweet smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
a pinch all-spice

Mix paprika, all-spice, salt and pepper in small bowl. Dry rub the paprika mixture on the fillet fish.

In a medium-high heat pan fry fish for 2-3 minutes and carefully flip over. Cook for another 3 minutes depending on the thickness. When cooked, the fish should flake easily and be white all the way through. Serve with Black Rice and Quinoa Fried Rice.

Cayenne Aioli

Cayenne Aioli:

3 tablespoon Reduced Fat Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
3 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon cayenne powder
1 clove garlic, minced
half a lemon
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Mix all ingredients until you get a smooth consistency.

*A simple recipe and has a subtle taste of the smoked sweet paprika. Thanks to Cara of WhatsNextGirls.blogspot my June Foodie Penpal for sending me the spice. It brings out the sweetness of the fish and a very good compliment to the spicy dip and the Black Rice and Quinoa Fried Rice. enJOY!!!
