4 Milkfish belly fillet
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup Pinakurat
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup canola oil
Combine all ingredients. Marinate the fish for an hour or overnight. Cook fish in medium-high heat 5 minutes each side. Be careful for the splatter. Don’t worry the meat would turned out dark, that is because of the soy sauce.
*Milkfish/Bangus is Philippines national fish. We usually prepare it pan-fried or a fish stew. I love this fish this is one of my favorite since I was child. Paired with hot brown rice and simple dip of soy sauce and vinegar. enJOY!!!
