Water Spinach with Seafood Medley

1 bunch water spinach (also known as kangkong)
2 tablespoon canola oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bag seafood medley (scallops, calamari, mussels)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon chicken broth or water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
Clean and cut the ends and discard. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth and cornstarch. Set aside.
In high-heat  quickly saute garlic and onion until aromatic. Add seafood medley cook for a bout 3 minutes. Then add water spinach and sauce mixture. Cook for 2 mote minutes or until water spinach is wilted and turns bright green Season with salt and pepper.
*This would be the quickest stir-fry ever. Water spinach or kangkong known in the Philippines. It is When I was a kid we used to harvest the water spinach in our backyard and cook it in my clay pot with soy sauce paired with rice.
