1 lb. Bok Choy, cut and cleaned
2 tablespoon canola oil
1 meduim onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon oyster
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
Clean with running water and cut the ends of the bok choy. Be sure no dirt in between. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
In a meduim-high heat, saute garlic and onion until aromatic. Add the sauce mixture, then add the bok choy. Cook it until it is bright green and wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
*Bok Choy or also known “Petsay” in the Philippines. It has been my favorite vegetable, it is high in Vitamin C, A and K. It is also best in soups or a simple stir-fry. enJOY!!!
