Baked Salmon with Yogurt Dill and Cucumber Sauce


4 salmon fillet
2 tablespoon butter
1 lemon sliced
2 teaspoon dried dill
salt and pepper

Season salt with salt and pepper. Divide the butter in four portions. Sprinkle salmon with dill and top with butter and lemon slices. Bake in 350F for 15 minutes or depends on the thickness of the fillet.

Yogurt Dill and Cucumber Sauce:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cucumber, diced
1 tablespoon chopped dill
*1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Yogurt Dill and Cucumber Sauce

Mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

*There are times when I get lazy and don’t want to do much in the kitchen…solution just bake it.  Salmon is my to-go-to fish, it can be baked, grilled or even pan-fried. Best of all pack with Omeg-3, no need to drink this Fish Oil supplements. enJOY!!!
