Spicy Beer Jerky

Spicy Beer Jerky

2 pounds bottom round, sliced thinly
1 bottle of Corona beer
3 Serrano peppers, thinly sliced
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1 tsp cracked pepper
*a dash of Worcestershire sauce
*1-2 teaspoons cayenne

After marination, remove the meat and lay it out on a rack.  Sprinkle/season the meat with cayenne pepper. The meat goes into an oven at 200-degrees Fahrenheit and dehydrates in there for 3-4 hours, depending on the thickness of your meat.

IMG_8168 IMG_8178 IMG_8157*This is my second batch of homemade jerky, it never failed. I just tweaked it a little bit to give more punch of flavor. You can taste the hint of beer, lemon and most definitely the spiciness. The next batch I’m planning to make for game day. I’m thinking for another flavor profile…how does pineapple and habañero sound like or taste like?! enJOY!!!
