Hibiscus tea is known to bring down high blood pressure, while improving blood circulation. It even helps reduce stress levels. It contains some wonderful antioxidants required by the body, like citric acid and ascorbic acid, that aid in protecting body cells. It is  rich in Vitamin C that helps fight colds and other infections. Best to take for this time of year to boost your immune system. enJOY!!!
