Wild Rice

Wild Rice

Ingredients:

1 cup wild rice, soaked overnight
4 cups water

IMG_9196 IMG_9199Let the water boil, add rice and cover. Return to boil then turn down heat to low. Simmer 45 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain and fluff.

*I love wild rice especially in adding our salads. I found a hearty salad with adzuki beans with all the goodness. enJOY!!!
