TJ’s 10 Minute Farro

Ingredients:

1 package TJ 10 Minute Farro
water or broth
salt

IMG_9619Boil a large pot of water or broth to a boil. Add the bag of farro and boil for 10-12 minutes. Drain and season to taste.

*Farro is my new fave grain.  It taste like puff grain but the best part is, it is good for you. More nutritional value about farro, check 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet I found a recipe in the back of the package. It is very easy to prepare exactly 10 minutes. enJOY!!!
