Quick and Easy Pork Tenderloin Shashlik

Ingredients:

1-2 pounds of tenderloin pork
Aroma Shashlik seasoning
bamboo skewer (soak in water to prevent from burning)

1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup organic ketchup

Aroma Shashlik Seasoning:
salt, sweet and hot paprika, garlic, onion, mustard, sugar, potato starch, marjoram, black pepper, all spice, juniper, laurel leaves, rosemary, parsley, thyme, and savory.

Cut the  tenderloin pork thinly and season pork with the Aroma Shashlik seasoning. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Mix olive oil and ketchup in a jar shake vigorously. Set aside.

Thread meat onto the skewers. Fill up to 3/4 of the skewer, leaving the lower half empty so it is easy to handle turning the during grilling.

IMG_0390Grill the shashlik  on the charcoal grill,  basting with ketchup and olive oil sauce.

IMG_0391Cook shashlik about 10 to 20 minutes.
