1-2 pounds of tenderloin pork
Aroma Shashlik seasoning
bamboo skewer (soak in water to prevent from burning)
Cut the tenderloin pork thinly and season pork with the Aroma Shashlik seasoning. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Mix olive oil and ketchup in a jar shake vigorously. Set aside.
Thread meat onto the skewers. Fill up to 3/4 of the skewer, leaving the lower half empty so it is easy to handle turning the during grilling.

One packet is just enough for 1-2 pounds of meat, very quick and easy and cooked in charcoal just add a different flavor and smokiness. enJOY!!!
