*We have been lucky to have a few previews from Hancock Shaker CSA Program. We love the fresh greens they provide most importantly it is organic. Lambs quarter was one of it with a flavor that can be compared to spinach or chard with an earthy, mineral rich taste. If you enjoy leafy greens such as kale, collards, and spinach you’ll love lambs quarter and enjoy the change of pace provided by its distinct flavor like we did. enJOY!!!
