1 shallots, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mellow white miso
2 tablespoons tahini
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water
Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse to combine. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Cauliflower and Carrot w/Creamy Miso Dressing:
3 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, thinly chop
Creamy Miso Dressing
Combine all 3 ingredients. Then toss with dressing.
